Come enjoy the beautiful architecture and elegant design of the mansion any time of the year. Guests have exclusive use of the building and grounds during each event. The following rooms are accessible during your event, with the exception of several bedrooms. The spaces you are permitted to use will be outlined in your usage agreement.

Main Room
The spacious main room can accommodate up to 70 guests at tables and chairs.
Dining Room
The dining room can accommodate up to 30 guests for formal dining or can be staged with a buffet.
Library
The library is ideal for smaller groups or can be staged with gifts, desserts, and refreshments.
Conference Room
This room offers a large conference table and is ideal for small breakout sessions.
Billiards Rooms
The billiards room can be used as a groom’s suite during receptions.
Dressing Room
The dressing room can be used as a bridal suite during receptions.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with commercial grade appliances and is available for use during your event.
Bedrooms
Bozarth Mansion has six bedrooms that can accommodate up to 17 guests.
Dormitory
Bozarth also offers a 30-bedroom dormitory with 48 beds for overnight retreats and reunions.
