Gonzaga's Work-Life programs are an integral part of the University's efforts to help faculty and staff to balance the multiple responsibilities associated with professional, academic, and personal life. The University is deeply committed to developing responsive work environments that are supportive of the obligations to home and community as well as the changes that accompany various life events.

Tuition Benefits

The tuition waiver is an internal benefit program that allows eligible employees, spouses and their dependent children to take courses at Gonzaga University. The amount of tuition covered by the waiver is determined by the employee's length of service with the University as established by the Human Resource Office.

Holidays

All regular employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for holiday pay upon their hire date. Click here to download the most recent holiday calendar.

Gonzaga recognizes that employees may have medical conditions that affect their work life experience and be cause for an accommodation. Please contact leaves.accommodations@gonzaga.edu if you have a medical condition that you believe may qualify you for an accommodation.

SupportLinc Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

At Gonzaga, we want you to feel equipped with the right resources to overcome challenges at work and in your personal life. That’s why Gonzaga offers SupportLinc as a free benefit to all benefit-eligible employees and their dependents. When difficult situations arrive, SupportLinc will be there to help. SupportLinc is a resource that helps you deal with life’s challenges and the demands that come with it. SupportLinc provides confidential and professional assessments, referrals, and five face-to-face counseling sessions per presenting issue for a wide array of personal and work-related concerns.
