Paula Smith

Director of Student Conduct

As the Director of Student Conduct, Paula is responsible for overall administration of the student conduct process. She joined the Gonzaga University family in Fall of 2013. Prior to Gonzaga, Paula worked at the University of Notre Dame and has several years of experience in student conduct and residence life. She has also worked in alumni relations and coordinated outdoor adventure and team training programs. Paula really appreciates the spirit of service and focus on excellence she sees among Gonzaga's amazing students. In her spare time, she likes to spend time cooking, listening to bluegrass music, or finding a nearby geocache.

Cortney

Cortney Brewer

Assistant Director of Student Conduct

As the Assistant Director of Student Conduct, Cortney is responsible for maintaining student conduct data and software systems. She joined the Gonzaga community in the Summer of 2015 and has previously worked in student conduct, residence life, and first year experience programming at her previous institutions. Cortney enjoys working with Gonzaga students because of their passion to engage in the GU community and their commitment to make positive impacts on the world.

Christopher Mellott

Assistant Director of Student Conduct

As the Assistant Director of Student Conduct, Christopher is responsible for coordinating educational workshops and trainings. He joined the Gonzaga community in the Summer 2017 and previously worked at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in residence life. Christopher enjoyes working with students through the conduct process. In his free time, Christopher is a runner who is looking to complete in local races.

Nicole Bucher

Program Assistant

Nicole is the Program Assistant for the Office of Community Standards. With three years of service to Gonzaga University, Nicole came to the Division of Student Development in July of 2015. She is currently pursuing her degree in Communications and loves being a part of the Gonzaga Community.
